BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR SELF-TALK
Self-talk is that critical element in our entire life that we very often fail to pay attention to. Self-talk can make us or break us. It means how we converse with our innerself or what kind of messages do we send to our subconscious mind.
It is a tragic irony that the talk we daily do with our own self regarding the external feedback we receive from people around us is the Real Determiner of our attitude towards the world around us but we always fail to take into conconsideration this important fact.
It is not people’s words that define us but in reality it is our own judgement of people’s words that define us. Instead of sorting out garbage like words of people we usually let our mind becomes a dumping ground of people’s garbage like words.
Self-talk is the base that defines how you see and perceive yourself. Negative, self-destructive and self-belittling self-talk will give you low self esteem and broken personality. But encouraging, self-boosting and positive self talk will give you healthy self esteem and progressive life style.
