Always have meal 4 hours before going to bed.
Always eat seasonal vegetables and fruit.
Drink juice only before taking heavy meal. Avoid taking juice after heavy meals.
Never eat as if you are fully stuffed. Finish your meal as if you still want to eat more.
Never talk, listen to radio or watch television while eating.
Always try to eat fresh and just-cooked meals.
Never do any heavy exercise or work just after you have had your meal.
Eat slowly and let your meal be properly and completely chewed.
Try to have those vegetables which have bitter taste like bitter gourd.
Always have your vegetables and fruit washed before you could eat them as they may contain superficial layer of pesticides and insecticides.
Never drink water as soon as you have had juice.
Always take one type of meal at a time i.e if you are eating non-vegetarian then take non-vegetarian only. Don’t try to mix it up with vegetarian.
Always have some sweet thing before taking and after finishing your meal. Jaggery is good in this case.
Try to have small meals spread over regular intervals rather than having heavy meals in a fixed time frame.
Eat in a comfortable and relaxed manner.
Never eat the meals as soon as they are taken out from refrigerators. It may causes tonsillitis. Moreover it may also have harmful effects on your body.
Never eat food from restaurants and hotels as these places use some chemicals to make food tasty and delicious.
Try to have only a fruit-meal three times a week.
